VANCOUVER KEMPO INC (DBA USSD VANCOUVER) offers the option to our members and interested leads to receive information and updates via SMS.

  1. Description: We send text messages of account reminders, rank advancement reminders, dojo class scheduling information, and upcoming event information — like training events, tournament information, and seminars.

  2. Opt-In: You consent to receive SMS messages from USSD Vancouver by checking the SMS consent box on our USSD Student Waiver Form found at https://www.ussdvancouver.com/sms-consent. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive account notifications and customer care messages from USSD Vancouver. These messages may include updates related to your existing account, application status, document requests, service updates, and support-related communications. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.

  3. Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@ussdvancouver.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  4. Message Frequency: Message frequency is based on your interactions with our dojo (e.g., appointment reminders, dojo closures, or rank advancement updates); typically 6-10 messages per month.
  5. Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
